How to use the breathing timer?

This online timer is designed to guide your breathing exercises, specifically following the Wim Hof Method. Proper breathing helps reduce stress levels, improve immunity, and boost your energy.


Phase 1 (Breathing): Take 30-40 deep breaths in and out, following the rhythm of the animated circle.


Phase 2 (Hold): After your last exhale, hold your breath. Click the button to start the stopwatch. Hold until you feel the natural urge to breathe in.


Phase 3 (Recovery): Take a deep breath in and hold it for 15 seconds. The timer will notify you when the round is complete.


We recommend doing 3-4 rounds in a row. Your results are automatically recorded in the table above.
